It's 5 A.M and I'm a little worried.

At 3:30 A.M. my mother said she was suffering from intense upper abdominal pains. I told her she should go to the ER to have it checked out. I offered to take her. She insisted she was feeling somewhat better after 15 minutes. She said if she still has the pain when she wakes up again she will go to the doctor.

Now I'm just waiting to hear from her. I need to know whether she's doing better or whether we need to take a trip to the ER.

I've been doing a lot of research and it sounds like Gallstones. This is not the first time she has experienced pain like this. I'm concerned.

On the flipside, Michael is doing better. He's keeping me company while I wait.

I hope my mother is okay.
